Zoids are perhaps the most complex war
machine ever produced by mankind.
Each Zoid contains thousands of different components, far too many to explain
here, But exploring the systems and
capabilities is a great way to start getting to know these marvelous
machines.
SKELETON
Every Zoid contains a "skeleton" made up of several dozen
"bones."
Each "bone" is a honeycombed , foamed-aluminum core wrapped with
stressed silicon-carbide monofilament and protected by a rigid, titanium-steel
shell for added shock protection.
This skeletal construction helps make the Zoid less vulnerable and easier to
repair
ARMOR
Two separate layers of armor provide Zoids, with protection against energy
and projectile weapons.
Usually, aligned - crystal steel is used or an outer layer of armor.
The aligned-crystal steel has excellent heat-conducting properties, and so it
provides excellent protection against laser weapons.
An inner layer of boron nitride impregnated with diamond monofilament
stops high-explosive armor-piercing (HEAP) rounds and fast neutrons ( Till a
degree off course ).
This second layer of armor also prevents any armor fragments from damaging the
Zoids internal systems.
POWER( For ground
units )
Zoids, require a large, constant power supply for
movement and combat.
This to the simple fact that the rapid movement on the limbs require a lot of
energy to perform effectively.
The reactor , which produces enormous amounts of energy from
water , is the most efficient system for providing this power.
And because the fusion reaction created by a Zoid's power plant does not release
neutrons, the power plan can operate indefinitely without becoming radioactive.
The fusion plant produces energy by a process known as magneto
hydrodynamics.
In this process , magnetic fields are used to channel plasma from the fusion
reaction into a loop. So the loop functions as a powerful generating coil,
producing both electric and waste heat.
But importantly , high internal
temperatures (caused by constant moving and high energy laser output demands )
can disrupt the magnetic containment fields around a Zoids, reactor.
And if a power plant, s magnetic "jar" is disrupted , an uncontrolled
fusion reaction may occur , releasing neutrons and exposing the Zoids,
internal systems and it's crew to lethal radiation
before the Zoid blows up.
POWER( For air Units)

And because the fusion reaction created by a Zoid's power plant does not release

The fusion plant produces energy by a process known as magneto
hydrodynamics.
In this process , magnetic fields spins a small disc inside at speeds of
1,000,000RPM the Zoid causing it to form an invisible positive, and negative
electromagnetic shield around the Zoid making it seem weightless. This engine is
call the Anti Gravity Engine.
Yeah the Zoid is weightless but how can it
move. Simple by Configuring the Zoid control system to the shield by each
movement of your Joy stick the Shield will divert power to a certain area to
make it move. With this engine G-force is almost nonexistent. Also heat seeking missiles
are almost obsolete since the flying Zoid doesn't give of any heat. Theses
missiles have been replaces by missiles that can detect heat signatures, as well
as the anti gravity shield a flying Zoid as around it.
This will give the Zoid Limitless flying capabilities
For example
the Zoid can fly straight up without even having to climb, or able to
reverse it direction. Also it can hover in mid air, and do maneuvers, a thrust propulsion
craft could never imagine.
